Sister Andrea Dumont Honoured by Catholic Missions in Canada

On April 23, 2015, Sister Andrea Dumont received the St. Joseph Award from Catholic Missions in Canada in recognition of her 46 years of missionary work in Guatemala and northern Canada.

Creating a Vision for Ministry with Maturing Adults

This is a one day workshop to raise awareness of a new vision for Senior Adult Ministry. It is for persons in the second half of life who are interested in ministry for the “New Generation” of older adults. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 13 at St. Bonaventure’s Parish Centre, 1300 Leslie St. from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – please bring a “brown bag” lunch.  The Facilitator will be Sister Mary Rose Marrin CSJ. Ministry With Maturing Adults - One Day Workshop

A workshop to raise awareness of a new vision for Senior Adult Ministry, facilitated by Sister Mary Rose Marrin. Intended for those dealing or working with men and women in the second half of life, including pastors, parish staff and volunteers, facilitators of adult faith development, caregivers, staff of retirement centres and nursing homes, adult children of aging parents, etc..
 
Each participant will be given a booklet with material related to the workshop.

A workshop to raise awareness of a new vision for Senior Adult Ministry, facilitated by Sister Mary Rose Marrin. Each participant will be given a booklet with material related to the workshop. A free will offering is appreciated to cover printing costs.
