Mission
About our mission
We are a religious community of women who strive to answer God's call.
"The love of Christ
gathers us together
to live in communion with all.
As a community of women
we are sent to serve
those in need
in simplicity and compassion."

What this means
When we speak of our mission, we mean the particular task or goal to which our lives have been committed. Pope John Paul II's "Consecrated Life" states: "…the mission consists in making Christ present to the world through personal witness."
Our vision
We hold a vision of all people united in one community of love. Communal living, prayer and our ministries are the roads we take to reach this goal. Our aim is to help those who are struggling in today's world, especially the poor, by walking with them. We work to respond to unmet needs in our world.

Our Shared Ministerial Commitment
We seek to nurture community
with our neighbour, especially with
the homeless,
the alienated,
the economically poor,
women at risk
and our wounded earth. |
