Fr. Chris Iredale celebrates 50 years as a priest

On Thursday, the July 10 Mass at Morrow Park had a "substitute" celebrant:  Fr. Chris Iredale. In the photo above, he is thanking the Sisters and others who were clapping after Sister Mary Catherine Doyle spoke a few words of congratulations and thanks to him.

He was a guest at the lunch that followed.  This was to allow the Morrow Park Sisters – plus a few who had known him at the House of Studies – to share in his celebration of 50 years as a priest.  All had a good time, and Father received a gift, which those who know him will recognize as most appropriate – a gift certificate for Chapters.
