Associates Sponsor Televised Mass

The Associates of the Sisters of St Joseph of Toronto sponsored a televised mass at St. Michael's Cathedral. It was filmed on Wednesday June 22,2005 with many Associates in attendance.

"I really depended on the televised mass when I was sick," said Associate Patricia Colegrove, initiator of this project. "I wanted to give something back." Many Associates contributed to the cost of this mass, the first time something like this was done by the Associates.

It was seen on nationwide T.V. on Thursday June 23, 2005 at 8:30 am and 12 pm on Channel 60 and 11:30 am on Channel 8. In this outreach, the Associates were fulfilling their charism of unity and reconciliation, neighbour with neighbour and neighbour with God.
