Sister Virginia Varley CSJ Nominated for Jesuit International Honor Society

Sister Virginia Varley has been nominated for honorary membership in Alpha Sigma Nu. This honor society of Jesuit institutions of higher learning is comprised of those whose lives have shown an adherence to the values of scholarship, loyalty and service which mark Ignatian education.

According to Regis College's President and Rector, Joseph Schner S.J., "Regis College wants to recognize both achievements already demonstrated in the lives of selected students and to encourage promise for the future. The ideal of Jesuit education honors not only intellectual curiosity and academic excellence, but also promotes a clear commitment to service for others throughout one's lifetime."

A Eucharistic liturgy will be followed by the induction ceremony:
